Fitness Program

Ramir General is a certified fitness coach, martial arts instructor and massage therapist. He's been practicing in United States for eight years, mainly in Southern California, Washington State, and New Mexico.
His foundation in martial arts started back in the Philippines at the age of fourteen. Combining all his knowledge, experience, and skills he has developed the General Fitness program. This program's mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals within a realistic period of time based on individual's actual physical condition.
The General Fitness program takes an integrated approach consisting of five components: sound nutrition, safe resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, dietary supplements, and therapeutic modalities.
